New 2 G + regulation from 26 November 2021

As for all Christmas markets, the 2G regulation currently applies to the Christmas market in Stadtgarten. Since we have fenced our premises, we can ensure a complete control of the vaccination or convalescent status.

Now we want to go one step further and introduce the 2Gplus regulation for the entire indoor area (restaurant/café, concert hall and JAKI). This means that in addition to proof of vaccination or convalescence, an additional daily antigen test must be presented.

This regulation will come into effect from Friday, November 26 and is in line with numerous other catering establishments in the "Belgian Quarter".

To support this measure, we have built a Corona rapid test center on our premises. Here we are again working with Coronacheck GbR, for whom we already built a test center at Stadtgarten in April 2021. The (red) test center is clearly visible between the railroad embankment and the concert hall. We are currently looking into the additional installation of a "fast lane" that will allow guests with pre-purchased tickets or restaurant reservations to bypass a possible queue.

The 2Gplus regulation applies from Friday 26 November for the indoor area. The access to the Christmas market is until further notice under the 2G-rule.
