House N.4 - Iran Music Festival

The second edition Gate of Tehran is going to be held on the 1st November in Berlin (Silent Green Kulturquartier) and 5th November in Cologne (Stadtgarten) with the aim of intercultural exchange and sharing the independent contemporary sounds of Teheran to the international audience. The first edition of Gate of Tehran in 2018 has been a tremendous experience for artists of both Iran and Europe and also the Iranian musicians living in diaspora. The Second Gate of Tehran with 8 different acts is going to focus on three different music styles: Persian Jazz, Electronic & Experimental Music and a unique improvisation act between some collaborating artists of the event. And of course, there is going to be some artist talk panels.

The line-up in Cologne: Pouya Mahmoodi, Alidad Jalali, Golnar Shahyar, Mahan Mirarab, Shabnam Parvaresh, Morti Azizadeh, Deev.
