Berry "Jack" Krikken and Sebastiaan "Weatherman" Weerman are the band JACK AND THE WEATHERMAN from Haarlem (NL). Two friends and their band on a mission to send their sun-drenched songs out into the world. The songs of JACK AND THE WEATHERMAN combine elements of pop, folk, reggae and hip-hop with optimistic, profound lyrics. Their music celebrates the beautiful moments in life, while always acknowledging the fragility of that beauty. JACK AND THE WEATHERMAN make music for the heart and head. Anyone who experiences their live show is likely to appreciate life more afterwards.

Without label support, Berry and Sebastiaan released several successful EPs followed by their debut album "The Lucky Ones" (2018). "The Lucky Ones" are the ones who get to do what they love and connect with people all over the world. Their songs reach 45 million streams on Spotify worldwide. In the Netherlands, they received a gold record for "Til the Sun Comes Up". In recent years, they have toured all over Europe. They are currently finalizing their 2nd album. It is due to be released in 2021 and "feels like meeting an old friend - one who has become wiser, more mature, who appreciates life even more." The coronavirus pandemic has prompted JACK AND THE WEATHERMAN to release the majority of the songs as singles throughout the year. The dynamic and lively album spans a mix of their traditional genres, but also includes more folk, a newfound love. Songs like "Closer", "Peace", "Legacy" and "Walk on the Wire" are proof of this.
