The Pablo Held Trio is currently one of the liveliest and most important formations in European jazz. The risk of radical spontaneity has given the trio wings for years, so that it has become a model of an aesthetic that can only be found in a few artists. The cohesion of the Pablo Held Trio is based on friendship and the creative will to constantly break new ground. The artistic weight and independence of the three exceptional musicians is a point of attraction for a growing circle of congenial musicians from the European and American continent, who frequently expand the trio.
This is also the case in the already legendary collaboration with the Brazilian guitarist Nelson Veras, who effortlessly weaves himself into the trio's fabric and further enhances it with his fine playing.
