Petite Noir © Lucie Rox
Petite Noir is coming to Germany in October. He is considered the architect of Noirwave - a musical and cultural movement that draws its creative energy from the aesthetics of punk and the fragmented identity of today's African diaspora. The Congolese artist was born in Belgium, grew up in South Africa and now lives between London and Paris. His music fuses indie, electronic, Afrobeat and alt-R&B influences.
Petite Noir, who has already been supported by artists* such as Solange, Dev Hynes, Foals, Young Fathers and Miguel and collaborated with Danny Brown, Yasiin Bey, Mr. Hudson and Saul Williams, now follows up his groundbreaking 2018 "visual album" La Maison Noir / The Black House with his second album "MotherFather".
An event by Goodlive Artists GmbH & Co.KG in cooperation with prime entertainment GmbH.
