SPA was founded in 2018 in Cologne and is focusing on club music with a global perspective. The label was founded by Salon des Amateurs resident Phillip Jondo, France 98 aka DJ Brom and Friday Dunard who put in their different musical backgrounds and influences together, ranging from Baroque choir music to high definition experiences. From the very beginning on Sarah San became a member of the crew and a vibrant music selector on various label nights. For their monthly show on NTS they reflect on current moods, play the labels output and invite artists around them. For their first edition at Jaki Klub they've kept this spirit and invited a bunch of eclectic artists like the Belgium producer ssaliva, who is presenting a new audiovisual ambient project called "the greenery" for the first time in Cologne. ssaliva, who has also released on SPA's initial compilation, recently drew attention with his productions for Swedish Cloud Rap stars Yung Lean & bladee. Expect a night of ups and downs, attentive listening and ecstatic dance - always highly emotional -
