Tay Oskee
Mit neuen Songs 2025 zurück in Deutschland
The name Tay Oskee stands for rousing indie folk music that inspires with its intense melodies and nostalgic euphoria. His childhood among the indigenous Yolngu people in the north-east of Arnhem Land and his youth in remote Bingil Bay shaped his love of nature and culture. This is reflected in his versatile songwriting. Live, Tay delivers energetic performances that always take his audience on a musical journey - performances that have seen him share the stage with artists such as Xavier Rudd, Ziggy Alberts, Amistat and The Cat Empire.
With the new single "Make Me A Believer", Tay now returns after his debut album Keepers Of The Morning. The song is an optimistic reflection on the "sex sells" world and the interpretation of staying true to true love despite these influences and temptations.
to remain faithful. Tay describes the song as a message to his own wife that he firmly believes in their love, despite the temptations of the modern world. Tay wrote, produced and mixed the new song in his self-built studio in an old shipping container. Working on it was challenging, especially because of the demanding drum beat, which he had to master himself. With a lot of effort and after many attempts, he finally succeeded in creating exactly the musical realization that matched his vision. Tay Oskee will be presenting his new music live on another European tour in spring 2025.

They have released two EPs and a string of singles, one of which spent four weeks at number one on the AMRAP Australian Regional Charts. Their shows are an entertaining yet realistic journey through musical reflections on the ups and downs of life, with influences from artists such as The Paper Kites, Simon & Garfunkel, John Denver and Angus & Julia Stone.
The husband and wife duo consists of former solo artists Hannah Olivia and Jason Daniels. Both draw on their past to find inspiration and stories to tell in their music. Jason spent two and a half years living and recording music with the Yolngu people in North East Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. Much of his lyrics reflect this time, and a special song in the indigenous language, Djambarrpuyngu, is often sung during the show. Hannah lived in New Zealand in the far south of the
