Tom Tom Discotec presents THURSDAZE - 3 YEARS ANNIVERSARY w/ Blck Mamba

For its third anniversary, the Cologne event series Thursdaze returns to JAKI - this time as part of the Saturday program Tom Tom Discotec. Since 2022, Thursdaze has stood for progressive club culture, bass-driven sounds and an open, inclusive atmosphere that brings together local and international artists.

For this special evening, Blck Mamba will be traveling from Brussels - a DJ and producer of Nigerian origin whose passion for club culture drives her to inspire dance floors worldwide with fresh impulses. Her music combines elements of Afro Electronics to create a distinctive sound that she describes as Afro Club. With releases on labels such as Future Bounce, Club Djembe and most recently Fragments (NAAFI, 2024), she has established herself as one of the most important voices of a new global club generation.
As a DJ, Blck Mamba is known for her bold, exploratory sets that explore the sounds of tomorrow - informed by influences from the Global South, its diaspora and like-minded artists. In addition to her work in the club, she hosts the Club Mamba radio show and is the driving force behind her own party series Mo Mamba, which has been creating spaces for exchange, discovery and community since 2018. Through workshops and mentoring, she shares her knowledge with up-and-coming DJs and thus strengthens club culture in the long term.
Thursdaze remains true to itself on this evening: a place for freedom, bass and community, where people come together to experience new sounds and real energy.
