Salsa vs. Cumbia – Clash of the Americas

On November 22, two Cologne DJ crews will compete against each other in a musical contest, both of which already took part in the first edition of Sound Clash: Domingo de Cumbia and Frente Salsero.
A must for the Latin American community as well as all other lovers of Afro-Latin American music - the dance floor must be buzzing, the applause meter must explode - as always, the audience alone decides the winning crew!
While the salseros will perform in full collective strength without a guest and play salsa, merengue and boogaloo vinyl, Domingo de Cumbia will be supported by Ajicero, who has made the journey from Quito to Hanover without any culture shock. Ajicero is the host of the legendary Entrópico series and mixes Latin breaks, cumbia, Afrobeats and other tropical music. The veteran DJ mixes his tropical cocktails "straight up" or "on the rocks", but always with the finest sabor tropical!
