Their hit "Clap Your Hands" made Whilk & Misky famous overnight. DJ's like Solomun remixed the song and brought it to clubs all over the world. A steadily growing fan base helped the boys to further success. Whilk & Misky, that's Charlie and Nima - they met in London, moved in together and followed their passion of creating music. They are free spirits and it soon became clear that their rapid success was affecting them and their creativity. The love for music was lost. Whilk & Misky was put on ice. The fans mourned, but it did not stop them from listening to the band's music over and over again. "Clap Your Hands" alone has 30 million streams on Spotify. Detached from major labels and all obligations, Whilk & Misky go their own way since 2017. The two current EP's "Lovemares" and "Blood Moon" (both released in 2019) give an idea of how the two have worked together. The next single will be released in early April 2020. The EP will also be available as limited vinyl edition in autumn 2020. In September the long awaited European tour of Whilk & Misky will follow.
