Applying for our concert program

Dear musicians!

If you would like to apply for a concert in the Stadtgarten, we would be grateful if you would take note of our instructions below.

Please refrain from sending us physical CDs, DVDs or similar. We can hardly listen to any of them due to the volume of applications - the capacities of our labour force are limited. So please save yourselves these costs, which are not insignificant for you either, and send us the information about your projects including links to listen to or watch them by email to this address: booking@stadtgarten.de.

Please also refrain from sending large attachments, better are linked pages with your material (Bandcamp etc.) as well as Dropbox or Wetransfer links.
We will review the applications received and contact you if we find your offer interesting and have space in our programme.

Please understand that, due to the volume of applications, we are unable to answer all emails - if you do not receive an answer, this does not mean that we don't like your music. However, it may not fit into our programme or we are already fully booked.

We kindly ask you to refrain from further enquiries by email or telephone and thank you for your understanding.
