Bassist, composer, bandleader and arranger Trevor Dunn has been a fixture in dozens of his own projects and top-class ensembles such as Mr. Bungle, Fantômas and Tomahawk for over thirty years. Now he can finally be heard solo in Europe for the first time.

TITAN TO TACHYONS
Titan to Tachyons is an experimental jazz-metal band led by New Zealand-born, New York-based composer and guitarist Sally Gates (ex-Orbweaver), featuring Kenny Grohowski (Secret Chiefs 3, Imperial Triumphant, John Zorn) on drums and two exceptional bassists: Trevor Dunn and Matt Hollenberg (Cleric, John Zorn).
Their debut album Cactides was released by Nefarious Industries in mid-2020 to critical acclaim. Vonals (Tzadik Records) followed in September 2023, rhythmically and melodically fascinatingly complex. Pounding grooves, hypnotic riffs and plenty of fiery solos make this album their strongest statement yet - surreal science fiction meets the worlds of metal and improvisation.
European premiere: The band will be touring Europe for the first time in November 2024.
