For more than 20 years, the DJ collective has been playing in Cologne in a loosely changing line-up. It all started with a dub breakfast at Mülheimer Brücke - then they migrated via the Popkomm football tournament to Gebäude 9 and Blücherpark to the Olympia Café at Gleisdreieck. Now for the third year in a row, the Veterans are guests at the Green Room, a perfect place for a relaxed evening of Jamaican off-beats in a balmy summer breeze.
Betti Latak, Olaf Karnik, Thorsten Reiter and Rolf Witteler have been DJs in Cologne's bars and clubs for a long time. Together they play not only dub versions but also the appropriate reggae originals, ska, rocksteady and vintage dancehall. Classics and rare stuff mainly from Jamaica. A relaxed summer afternoon and evening with matching selection!
