Foggy Notion: Tara Clerkin Trio
The Tara Clerkin Trio consists of Pat Benjamin, Sunny Joe Paradisos and Tara Clerkin, three musicians who have played in a number of cult Bristol bands over the years before settling confidently into a triangular formation. Drawing inspiration from jazz, trip-hop, electronica, psychedelia and minimalism, they interweave the non-obvious strands of these threads into a trippy green winged coat adorned with Arthur Russell and dripping with blue jam. Their latest EP, On The Turning Ground, was released in November on World of Echo.
