Islandman

Islandman, a musical trio in this world but a fictional character in reality, is a musical identity, a visionary who, inspired by an island that does not exist, did not dream that the paths he passed them would lead to places so interesting and beautiful...

Islandman's travels led them to the best band award at the Montreux Jazz Festival, to a kecak dance in Bali, to stories in the streets of Paris, to the ancient sounds of women in the mountains of Bulgaria. Aşık Veysel in Anatolia, Worldwide FM in London, the hypnotic music of the Tuareg in the desert of Mali, a guest appearance on Elton John's radio show, an amazing musical journey to the Boiler Room series, studio sessions with Bongo Ent. in Denmark, the softest women's singing in South America and many more experiences that they do not want to prolong by writing.

Islandman has managed to lead an alternative existence and a family with extraordinary members from many places around the world. The sharp mind of Tolga Böyük in production and profound stories in music, Erdem Başers psychedelic guitar riffs that takes listeners to alternative worlds, and Eralp Güvens4-beat rhythms make Islandman's performance a musical clinic, a shamanic ritual with collected sounds from the paths they walk. They take listeners on a deep musical journey with sincerity.

Like all healers, shamans and spirits who are self-aware, Islandman covers a very different terrain in their concerts and open the door to alternate existences.... Passing through this door and meeting Islandman on the other side is exclusively of their own intention and dream...
