JAKI presents Interplanetary Criminal, Maxwell b2b Gutta, Nullmeridian

JAKI presents - the club's own Friday night series, showcasing JAKI's understanding of the current electronic music landscape and the club's musical DNA: a broad spectrum of experimental electronics, breaks, punchy bass music, dubstep or techno and house...while the expression of genres is limitless, JAKI brings the best selectors to Cologne; from the world's big stages to your favorite living room.

Interplanetary Criminal
Hailing from Manchester, Zachary Bruce aka Interplanetary Criminal has come a long way in recent years with very strong releases on labels such as Sneaker Social Club and a slick, stripped back 4 track EP on Banoffee Pies. He often samples catchy R&B and dancehall vocals and has a great feel for arrangements and ultra-tight sounding drums. So it's no surprise that his music is played extensively on dancefloors, radio shows and beyond, especially by garage and breakbeat fans. Zac is a true machine in the studio and has become one of Time Is Now's strongest exponents. Within a year, he has already released three EPs on the popular sub-label Shall Not Fade, which specializes in UKG and breaks. His DJ skills are equally impressive, with a distinct UK sound he picks the best sounds between garage, rave and dub and puts a lot of thought into the narrative of his sets.

He is supported by the Cologne DJs Maxwell b2b Gutta and Nullmeridian.
