Janning Trumann SEASONS - Part II: OSLO

Deutschlandfunk describes Janning Trumann as one of the most profiled and active among the young German jazz trombonists and as an outstanding representative of the Cologne jazz scene. In his ensembles and projects he proves the diversity of his musical expression time and again, whether in a trio with Jonas Burgwinkel and Stefan Schönegg, his New York quartet, his Cologne working band JT4 or the sextet MAKKRO.

The four-part concert format Seasons focuses on contrasts and creates encounters between renowned musicians* from the jazz metropolises of London, Oslo, Berlin and New York in Cologne. On the occasion of the second edition Janning Trumann invited the Norwegian "Rising Stars" Eyolf Dale at the piano and the bassist Per Zanussi to the Stadtgarten. Here they meet no less than Jonas Burgwinkel on drums and Janning Trumann on trombone. You can look forward to a fascinating encounter and to music created from the moment.
