New in Cologne!

The newly formed band brings together nine of the most accomplished straight-ahead jazz musicians in the country. In their luggage they have a program with swinging and colorful arrangements from the pen of the band leader. As a "small big band", the Super Constellation takes up where the great bands of Count Basie, Thad Jones and Co. left off.

A promising debut that should not be missed.
