Jens Rachut was born in November 1953 in Hamburg. After 8th grade, he dropped out of school and completed an apprenticeship as a confectioner. Immediately thereafter worked in civil engineering, later among other things as a stone setter, shipping driver, assistant cook, night watchman and lumberjack jobbed. IC fan and A1 meider, hobby fisherman, favorite food: Krause Glucke with remoulade, ghost train fanatic, ex Barca supporter, now lives in the forest and likes it. Every day a lemon pure. Hates hanging out laundry, prefers to take out the trash instead. Actor in various theater productions. Saw the Northern Lights in 1998, is a singer in various bands (Angeschissen, Blumen am Arsch der Hölle, Dackelblut, Oma Hans, Kommando Sonne-nmilch, etc.) and a radio playwright. In 2020, Ventil Verlag will publish "Der mit der Luft schimpft," a collection of more than 130 texts with drawings by Raoul Doré.
