Irish saxophonist Matthew Halpin would have played as a feature guest with the band Wels in the current issue. Instead, he will now be heard alone in a solo set. And don't worry, Matthew didn't fly in from Ireland especially, but has been at home in the Cologne jazz scene for several years now, where "his elegant, airy and at the same time powerful playing shapes the sound of various top-class ensembles of the Cologne jazz scene" (Anja Buchmann, DLF)
