Previously, Liz Lawrence was one half of the pop duo Cash+David, before traveling the world as a backing singer and collaborator with her friends from Bombay Bicycle Club. After teaching herself to produce, she presented an ongoing series of double A-side singles in 2018, followed by her album Pity Party in 2019, which received critical acclaim and a sold-out tour. Her third album The Avalanche from 2021 continued her rise with multiple playlists on 6music, appearances at festivals such as Green Man, All Points East, Victorious and a sold-out London headlining gig at the Lafayette.

This summer Liz released her new album Peanuts, produced and mixed by Ali Chant (Yard Act, Perfume Genius).
