Since January, the four NICA Artists Elisabeth Coudoux, Pablo Giw, Pablo Held and Tamara Lukasheva have regularly presented musical ideas, visions, cooperations or discoveries under their names in the monthly concert series "NICA presents". We are very happy to continue the series as "NICA live" in the new open-air concert space GREEN ROOM in the back part of the outdoor restaurant of the Stadtgarten (the former "Al Bosco"). Tonight is curated by NICA Artist Tamara Lukasheva.

A silent moment, clinking glass, white noise, a saw blade, many hummingbirds, pulsating ether, glistening light, wide landscapes, billowing masses, raging particles, a maw of emotions, dark and light, abnormal bustle, oscillating whirring, monotonous delight in the moment, an inherently spreading realization of the total uncertainty of all things.

LUKOSHKO

Lukoshko means bast basket. You walk somewhere in the forest and collect all the edible things you can find. At home you make soup from it. Because the bandleader is from the Ukraine, in this case it will be a borsch. This is exactly the way the band has collected jazz, rock, alternative, pop and free improv, cut it, put it all in one pot and let it simmer nicely. The result is not only good for the soul, but also for the body. And please do not forget - real borsch tastes best after two days.
