With a new album in his luggage, Scott Matthew will go on tour again in October 2024. The Australian singer-songwriter will be accompanied by his two long-time musicians Marisol Limon Martinez on piano and Jürgen Stark on guitar. He is currently still in the studio in his adopted home of New York to put the finishing touches to the recordings for his second album of cover versions.
Anyone who has ever experienced one of these moving Scott Matthew concerts will know about the tradition of usually ending the set with a cover song and leaving the stage. Or as Scott himself describes these encores: "These songs are old friends, some of which I grew up with and which have given me comfort and support in special life situations."
