VEMENT emerged from a close circle of friends connected to the Cologne party scene. What began with outdoor parties gradually developed into events that attempted to create special party nights for a growing audience away from everyday club life. The search for off-locations and the transformation of these ordinary spaces into club scenes, always with decoration and lighting concepts, are a central element of the now 13-strong crew. Musically, VEMENT offers a wide range of electronic music with a focus on house. Offering newcomers and locals a platform for their events goes hand in hand with the aim of keeping them consistently non-profit.
